THE BARTENDER COLLECTIVE IS A NETWORK OF BARTENDERS, COMING TOGETHER IN COLLABORATION TO CREATE GREATER VALUE FOR FRONT-LINE HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS, BY BUILDING A COMPANY THAT IS FUNDAMENTALLY BY BARTENDERS, AND FOR BARTENDERS.

THE COLLECTIVE WAS FOUNDED IN 2020, IN A TIME OF UNPRECEDENTED DIFFICULTY, DISRUPTION & CLOSURES THROUGHOUT THE INDUSTRY. WITH OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED, OR NON-EXISTENT, WE REALISED THAT IT WAS TIME TO GROW OUR OWN VALUE WITHIN THE INDUSTRY AND CREATE SOMETHING THAT COULD CHANGE THE HOSPITALITY LANDSCAPE FOR THE BETTER IN YEARS TO COME.

WE PRIMARILY LOOK FOR WAYS TO IMPROVE THE VALUE EARNED BY PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT ALSO SEEK TO HELP IN OTHER WAYS, SUCH AS SUPPORT WITH PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING & EDUCATION, AS WELL AS PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS IN AN INDUSTRY WHICH OFTEN OVERLOOKS THESE ASPECTS.

NOW, WE HAVE DEVELOPED OUR OWN COLLECTION OF SPIRITS – TRADE SECRETS – BY PARTNERING WITH AWARD-WINNING, SMALL-BATCH DISTILLERIES WHO COULD BRING OUR RECIPES & IDEAS TO LIFE. BY COMBINING OUR BARTENDING EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR TECHNICAL DISTILLING KNOW-HOW, WE WERE ABLE TO CREATE A SERIES OF WORLD-CLASS SPIRITS THAT ARE IDEALLY SUITED FOR BARTENDERS TO INCLUDE IN CLASSIC COCKTAILS, OR SERVE NEAT, BUT EQUALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE ENJOYING THEM AT HOME WITH FRIENDS & FAMILY.

FAVOURITE DRINK: CLOVER CLUB

  • TRADE SECRETS GIN 60ml
  • Fresh lemon juice 30ml
  • Raspberry syrup 25ml
  • Egg white 10ml
  • 2x Raspberry for garnish on a stick

Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass.

  • TRADE SECRTETS GIN 50ml
  • LEMON JUICE 15ml
  • MARASCHINO LIQUEUR 15ml
  • CRÈME DE VIOLETTE 10ml
  • LEMON ZEST, TO GARNISH

POUR THE INGREDIENTS INTO AN ICE FILLED COCKTAIL SHAKER AND SHAKE. POUR INTO A CHILLED COCKTAIL GLASS. GARNISH WITH LEMON ZEST

MORE RECENTLY HE HAS BEEN HELPING A BRAND-NEW BAR, THE DOCKERS, GET READY TO OPEN & SERVE INCREDIBLE COCKTAILS TO THE GOOD FOLKS OF DUBLINS DOCKLANDS.


FAVOURITE DRINK: HANKY PANKY

  • TRADE SECRETS GIN 40ML
  • SWEET VERMOUTH 40ML
  • 2 DASHES OF FERNET BRANCA
  • POUR ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A MIXING GLASS, ADD ICE AND STIR.

STRAIN OVER A CHILLED GLASS, SQUEEZE AN ORANGE PEEL ON TOP AND SERVE.
