The Bartender Collective is an international network of bartenders, who have come together in collaboration to create greater value for themselves & fellow front-line hospitality professionals around the world.
Our founding principle is simple –
to add value to bartenders.
By building a company that is fundamentally created by bartenders, and for bartenders, we aim to make a positive change in the industry, so that it becomes more sustainable & rewarding for everyone involved.
The collective was founded in 2020, when we realised that it was time to build our own value within the industry & create something that could change the hospitality landscape for the better in years to come.
We have developed our own collection of spirits –Trade Secrets– by partnering with award-winning, small-batch distilleries.
By combining our experience with their technical distilling know-how, we are able to create world-class spirits that our bartender members can be proud to serve.
Our first ever product, Trade Secrets Gin, won Gold at the World Gin Awards, and was also awarded Best London Dry Gin made in Ireland.
So, this is the standard that we aim to keep as we continue to grow our collection in the future.
We aim to develop a community of hospitality workers who collectively want to support each other through education, events, and peer support. Helping us to grow & develop as people, and provide support when it is most needed.
Ultimately, we believe that we are stronger together. The more that we know, share, and challenge each other, the more durable our community can be.
