As a member, you will be part of a community of hospitality workers who collectively want to support each other through education, events, and peer support, as well as building a company that is fundamentally owned & operated by its bartender members.

Finally, as a member you will also be eligible to earn commission & bonuses on your sales of Trade Secrets products, and work towards earning an equity ownership of the company, so that you can become a genuine part-owner of The Bartender Collective.
